Look it up first#

• Check the error codes: every error has its own page with cause and solution.
• Use the search bar at the top of this documentation.
• The Usage tab under Integrations → API in Klantly shows your recent requests with their status.

• the request_id from the error response or the X-Request-Id header;
• the endpoint and the time of the request;
• what you expected and what happened.
